Interview Process Overview

Step 1 – Resume Review
Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years multifamily or property maintenance preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic tool familiarity

Step 2 – Structured In-person Interview
Conducted by Community Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Regional Maintenance Leader.

Step 3 – Hands-On Skills Test (must be in person)

Step 4 – Final Evaluation

 [JJ2]I would recommend we replace “station 2” with garbage disposal. This is a bit more technical and they will still have to work on part of the P trap.
