New Hire Benefit Enrollment in UKG
The guide below will help you submit benefit enrollments through UKG. If you have any questions please contact Human Resources.

You must submit enrollment within 30 days of your hire date. If you do not enroll within 30 days you will have the opportunity to make changes to your benefits during the annual open enrollment process or when a Qualifying Life Event occurs.
1. Navigate to https://psgcommunity.ukg.net
2. Company Access Code is: PSGcommunity
3. Click "Life Events" located on the Left Hand side
4. Click "I am a new employee"
5. For new Hire Events, you will not be able to change the date or the reason, please click "Next".
6. Enter Dependents if applicable using the "+ Add" function
REQUIRED INFORMATION: Name, SSN, DOB, Gender, Address, Email (if applicable), Phone Number (if applicable), Relationship (Child, Spouse, Domestic Partner, etc.).
Please note if you will be declining coverage you will be enrolled in the Group Term Life Insurance at no cost to yourself which requires a dependent/beneficiary to be enrolled.
7. After entering all personal information, please scroll down and select the relationship type.
8. Be sure to click "Save"
9. After all dependents for benefits have been entered click "Next".
10. Select the plan you would like to enroll in or click "Decline" found at the top if you would like to decline coverage.
Please take note of which health insurance you are modifying by viewing the item on the left hand side.
11. Decline option if you would like to Decline this plan.
12. Select the plan option as applicable to your enrollment
13. Select Dependents if you are enrolling in a plan that allows for dependent enrollment such as:
Employee + Children
Employee + Spouse
Employee + Family
14. Proceed to the remaining plan elections by clicking "Next" on the top right and repeat the same steps for the remaining plan options.

If you are electing the Anthem Medical PPO - 1500 High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), You are required to make an election under the "Health Savings Account".
Additionally, enrollment into the HDHP will NOT allow you to elect an enrollment into the "Flexible Spending Accounts".
15. Group Term Life Insurance is included at no cost to yourself.
Please allocate a percentage amount to your beneficiaries. The total must equal 100% for primary. It is recommended to also complete the secondary allocation.
16. You may also elect additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children.
Please note, enrollment into supplemental life for spouse and child REQUIRES enrollment into supplemental employee.
The Guaranteed Issues are below for all plans.
Employee Guaranteed Issue - $100,000
Spouse Guaranteed Issue - $30,000
Child Guaranteed Issue - $10,000
Any amount exceeding the guaranteed issue would require evidence of insurability to be submitted to the carrier.
17. Once all enrollments have been completed click "Next".
18. Review your elections. Current elections will be shown on the left, new elections will be shown on the right.
19. Click the "Submit"
20. Once you click submit you will receive a confirmation message in UKG.
