Resetting the ShareFile App

On rare occasions, you may run into file syncing issues when uploading or accessing files in ShareFile through your file explorer app in Windows. One way to clear these issues is to reset the ShareFile app. The instructions below will walk you through that process. 


NOTE: Make sure that you don't have any files that are in process of syncing. If you do, save those files to your local computer before resetting or make sure you already have them stored somewhere else before resetting the app.
